You agree not to bypass, abuse, or interfere with plan limits.
Paid subscriptions renew according to the billing terms shown at checkout or in your account. Fees may be processed by a third-party payment or merchant provider.
Unless required by law or expressly stated otherwise, fees are non-refundable.
If you cancel a subscription, cancellation usually takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You may continue to have access to paid features until the end of that period, unless your access is terminated or restricted under these Terms.

6. AI-generated output

AI-generated output may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, offensive, or misleading. Similar inputs may produce different outputs.
You are responsible for:

You may not represent that Novetis provides professional advice or use the Service as the sole basis for decisions that may affect a person's rights, health, safety, finances, employment, housing, education, or legal status.
8. Customer responsibilities for the website widget
If you embed a Novetis widget on your website, you are responsible for:
- Informing visitors that they may be interacting with an AI agent
- Providing any required privacy notices
- Obtaining any required consents
- Ensuring your use of lead capture is lawful
- Ensuring your agent does not mislead visitors
- Monitoring and correcting your agent's behavior
- Complying with consumer protection, privacy, advertising, accessibility, and other applicable laws
You are responsible for your own website, business practices, users, customers, and end-user relationships.
9. Acceptable use
You may not use the Service to:
- Violate any law, regulation, or third-party right
- Upload content you do not have the right to use
- Collect sensitive personal information without proper legal basis and safeguards
- Generate or distribute unlawful, harmful, abusive, deceptive, or discriminatory content
- Harass, threaten, defame, or exploit others
- Send spam or unauthorized marketing
- Impersonate another person or business
- Mislead users into believing AI output was written by a human where disclosure is required
- Build or support malware, phishing, credential theft, or cyber abuse
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or data

19. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Novetis will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost business, loss of goodwill, loss of data, business interruption, or cost of substitute services.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Novetis's total liability for any claim relating to the Service or these Terms will not exceed the amount you paid to Novetis for the Service in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim, or USD $100, whichever is greater.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so some limitations may not apply to you.
