This Privacy Policy describes how Novetis (“we”, “us”) collects and uses information when you use our website and services. By using Novetis you agree to the practices described here.
Information we collect
We collect information in three ways:
- Account data. Name, email, and password hash when you create an account.
- Content you upload. Documents, website pages, and text you provide so we can train your AI agent.
- Usage data. Basic product analytics such as pages viewed, feature usage, and errors.
How we use information
We use your information to operate the service, train and run your AI agent, provide customer support, and improve Novetis. We do not sell personal data, and we do not train our own models on your private content.
Sharing
We share information only with vendors that help us run the service (such as hosting, email, and payment providers), and when required by law. These vendors are bound by confidentiality and data-processing agreements.
Data retention
We retain account data for as long as your account is active. You may delete your account at any time from your dashboard settings. Uploaded content is deleted shortly after you delete the corresponding AI agent.
Security
We use industry-standard practices to protect your data, including encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, and regular review of our infrastructure.
