Do I need a developer to set up Novetis?
No. Novetis is designed for non-technical users. You can create, train, and embed your AI agent without writing any code.
How long does setup take?
Most customers have a working AI agent embedded on their site in under 10 minutes. You add content, train it, and paste one line of code.
What types of content can I upload?
You can upload PDF, DOCX, and TXT files, paste a website URL for us to crawl, or add text content directly.
Usage and limits
What counts as a message?
Each reply your AI agent sends is one message. The monthly limit resets on the 1st of every month.
What happens when I hit the message limit?
Your AI agent will let visitors know to reach out directly. You can upgrade at any time to raise the limit.
Can I have more than one AI agent?
Yes. Each plan includes multiple AI agents so you can run different agents for different parts of your business.
Billing
Can I try Novetis before paying?
Yes. The Free plan lets you launch your first AI agent with up to 100 messages per month — no card required.
How do I change or cancel my plan?
Go to Billing in your dashboard. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time.
Do you offer refunds?
If something is clearly broken on our side, email support@novetis.io and we'll make it right.
Content and privacy
Will Novetis make things up?
Your AI agent answers from your content. If it can't find an answer, it tells the visitor and offers to capture their email instead of guessing.
Do you train on my content?
No. We don't use your private content to train our own models. Your data is used only to power your AI agents.
